Grand Prairie Demo
Goodbye, Grand Prairie. You served 'your kids' well.
11.22.22 I was able to catch a few images of my elementry school's demo. What a Blessing to be sitting there, reminiscing, when my cousin pulled in. We were able to catch a few images together. We were thinking it had been nearly 60 years since we were in school there together. How fitting to be together there one last time before it was torn down. The workers there asked me if I wanted a brick from the building. He came back with 2! My little piece of history sits on my porch. Funny how something so little as a brick can carry all the squeals and laughter of my 4 years of school there. Childhool memories.....
