We've had so much rain lately, that I think we're just learning to adjust and keep on enjoying life! The Hoo Doo Soul Band started the Main Street Delaware's "Summer on Winter" concert series. With their great performance, not even the sprinkles dampened the spirit of our community! People filled the street, popped their umbrellas, and enjoyed the music, while others simply danced in the rain! What fun this was! Thanks, Main Street Delaware and sponsors for bringing so many family-friendly activities to our town.
